It's Friday!! Just have to make it through today and then it's the weekend. I'm ready.
I'm actually feeling pretty good today. I have been sticking to my higher protein each day and even though the scale hasn't changed, I'm okay with that. I didn't do well last weekend, so I am happy that I was able to turn it around this week instead of sticking with the bad eating habits from the weekend. Today I'll probably be a little higher carb, and that's just how it's going to be, but I'll still try to get my protein up.
It's casual Friday at my office and I put on my jeans this morning and they are fitting better. Maybe it's all in my head, but they don't seem tight, I don't feel like I have as much muffin top hanging over, and they just seem more comfy. I'm calling it a win for the day.
After work it's going to be run time. I'm actually excited to go running, I must be crazy. I think the sunshine and fresh air are making me insane, but I like it. :)
