Gaah~5 pm on a Saturday and I just pretty unconsciously consumed a whole bunch of granola by handsful. I had been thinking of having a snack, but I am not hungry (ever) and don't know why I did that! Anyway, I am choosing to have the healthier snack I'd planned or maybe a small meal.
Okay, I thought about it and I think it may have been attached to some personal-rehab-things I have to do to recover from cancer/treatment. It brings up a lot of emotional stuff. Today instead of just doing it, I stalled for a few hours during which I'm sure my thoughts weren't the most healthy. I'm sure this is often a vulnerability for me.
