9st 12 (2.5 off at WW) My new boss kindly fit my lunch break around my weigh in, as she's a weight watcher herself, and I'm really relieved with my result there. Not such a striking result at home but if I can just chip away at it in the long run I'll be pleased, and I have to remember that my exercise levels are way off at the mo and I need to start building that back into my life. For now I'm aiming to keep up the tracking and have another decent week.
