So much going on that it's hard to keep on top of everything. Gosh ...so busy today. I maintained 200 lbs which is great and I am eating well. I've been having goat meat recently. It's not something I would normally have but it's great to shake things up. I am going to make a leg of lamb tomorrow. I find the taste of goat and lamb are similar but the texture is different. It's good to explore different foods especially to add variety as I move forward. All interesting and great discoveries.
