Today I really want to go work out, but work has me super tired. I love my job and the kids and everything, but the last few weeks have been more difficult than normal. Anyways back to the fitness. I only went 2 times so far, but if i go fri sat and sun, i will meet my goal of 5/wk. last week i only went 2 times and lost like 4.5 lbs...but my eating was on point. this week i slipped and fell on my ass on wed. but other than that i think i was good. I made the huge mistake of getting ice cream sandwiches (weight watchers brand) and they were 140 cal a piece. i ate 2 on wed. but i'm trying not to be hard on myself. My friends at work were staying late today...they were going out to eat. I resisted. b/c i know if i want my goal of at least 2lb this wk...i have to stay on point. (try to at least) I think i might be under my goal. but next week its on! Oh, one more thing. . . i got discouraged today when i went to weigh in for the biggest loser at school and i was 330. when on sun i was 328.5. that made me really sad. but all the more reason to keep on truckin. lol.
