Go you! Remember it "hurts so good", lol! That means your muscles are getting tears which makes them rebuild stronger. You might also see a temporary gain on the scale from muscles retaining water to help them heal. It's temporary and goes away. You will also see your clothes get more loose quicker. Great job!
