Me too, marpingo! That’s why I wanted to see exactly how far the tablespoon would go, instead of guesstimating. There are supposedly 10 2 tbsp servings in the container. Each triscuit-type cracker that I would normally have is another 20 cal. Far too easy to overdo it! BTW I happened to a some roasted red pepper (from a jar) to my leftovers-based vegetable soup for the rest of my lunch. It was a nice treat!

Is that a snack or a meal? I use hummus as a dip w/corn chips. :-P

It was actually the start of lunch, because I couldn’t figure out what I was in the mood for. The bread is very dense and satisfying (vs. crackers) so I thought that would be a good start. Then I made the vegetable soup.

So, it's an appetizer. Crackers are fun w/hummus too. I'll have to try it on bread. :-P

my sister said she had dessert hummus... made with chocolate. what the heck! she only had a 2 tbsp serving. I'd like to try it with strawberries...

Haven’t tried the dessert varieties myself. If I’m having chocolate I don’t think I want it with chickpeas!
