Recording this nice number even though it’s not a Monday to keep me motivated and mindful. Before the corned beef cabbage (and potato?) meal which might be today or tomorrow. Debating whether to attempt to eat only half a red potato or if that’s just asking for trouble. This needs to be another good week and not go off-track.
229.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 59.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
