beautiful day today, so i added walking to my workout regimen. did about 3 1/4 miles (34 blocks) in about 40 minutes. energy still good, breathing great, cardio great, hips and ankles raising holy hell.
getting old sucks sometimes...

Walking is great exercise and that's a lot of walking! Don't worry about the hips and ankles. I'm 33 and whenever I walk a considerable distance, it gets me exactly there too, I don't know why. :) It probably lessens with practice.
