well today was another 6:30 am wake up and it starting to seems like my new wake up can't sleep past it. I went to Curve's again and I can't wait until I can join all the way but first need note from the doctor's office saying I am healthy enough to do so. In the mean time I will keep going everyday and enjoying myself. I arrived in time for the body basic class again but they were doing the leg exercised but I have a hard time because of my left knee but I did what I can so I feel great today. i feel like I have so much energy now that I didn't before. I also noticed that my carb intake is a little high so I got to work on getting that down. Well we made homemade beef vegetable soup with canned tomotoes, shredded carrots, onions, mushrooms, potatoes and stew meat. Boy was it good. I almost went for seconds but I stayed at 2 cups which is probably too much but I was hungry and I am really trying to cut back. Sometimes I hate dieting
