I cheated on my diet last night. Wasn't feeling well so I totally binged. It was the mark of the end of my second month. Woke up on the couch and thought it was a dream until I saw all the wrappers and bowl. I'm punishing myself now. I was getting lax and allowing myself a few cups of coffee and sugar free hard candies. It turned into a snowball effect and I couldn't stop. I'll teach my body though. Circuits every night and no additives to the diet until weigh in day (thursday). If I haven't dropped at least 2 lbs then I'll continue the punishment until next weeks weigh in. If I'm down 2 then maybe I'll allow myself one/two cups but nothing else.
Getting back on the horse!!!
