good weekend. went out and did some stuff saturday am, wife & i tried the new flatbread pizza-things at subway. got in two exercise sessions. yesterday it was officially too cold, so stayed home & played mass effect 3. did manage to finally get up to my workout goal of 30 minutes on the machine. meeting tonight with community theatre group about summer production of a midsummer night's dream, gonna audition after a few years of not doing anything (very easy to get burned out in small town community theatre). all in all, feeling great!

Great post Tim ... I also need to get my butt up and do something. Need more excercise. Weight is creeping up ... going to record food again this week. Back to gym ... might drag bike out of shed. Keep the Faith.
