207 today. Did not sleep well last night. I think I got 4 hrs .... what's up with that? Anyway, now that I am in ketosis things should start getting interesting in the next several days. Lots of activities planned today ... although it's still frigid. I hope you all have a great day. will catch up with everyone through the day.

HI knslovinggod. I hope you are well. It took me about 5 days to get fully back into ketosis. I am so happy to be back here because I feel so much more in control. The appetite suppression is the best.
