Same here .. but it's my carbs that are wrecking havoc with me. Maybe tomorrow I'll pick up a nice piece of fish and see if I can boost my protein level.

im having issues with being fine on my calories but too much of the rest of the stuff too...just cant seem to get the leveling procedure of it
