Obviously I have not been tracking my food. I'm surprisingly the EXACT same weight as I was last week though. I feel I need to find a balance. I get to hard on myself and stress out until I can't take it anymore and then I spend a whole two weeks saying "fuck it" and eating/drinking what I want. No bueno.
