Well today I did something just for me. I went to join Curves. Mostly for the exercise and the motivation. I really want to lose weight and after yesterday I know I need to do more exercising cuz I only lost 2 lb in 30 days and that isn't want I wanted to see so it is time to add more. I just want to get healthy and get my life back.

My wife joined Curves a few years ago and it did her a lot of good. She's stayed away for a few months because of heel problem but her strength and movement improved trememdously. She has been treated by a podiatrist and should be getting back soon. It's a good workout and you can control the amount of workout you get if you are trained properly on the equipment.

Good for you. Burning those calories and carbs and toning up will help your weight loss along. I joined a womens gym and I love it.

Thanks everyone for the support. I know that I need to do strength training so I know this is the best way to get moving
