hello fresh removes the stress of planning my dinners for the week. I love it! one less thing I need to worry about. I wish they would go a little lower on the calories for the calories conscious ones, but the food is amazing. I cant get over how good it is.

Nixter, I saw your comment & meant to get back to you, but never did. Sorry! We get an email every week with the planned 3 meals in the next week's box. You can substitute other choices if you don't like something....or you can opt out. We have enjoyed all the meals I've cooked so far. If you can follow simple instructions, the meals are fairly easy. Most ingredients are premeasured so it's basically chopping then either preparing for the oven or stove top. We don't get them every week. I like to cook my own recipes, too.
