Well today was another beautiful in this wonderful winter wonderland but I can't wait for the next few nice days of temperature up in the 50's. I hit a mile stone today. I finally sat in a chair that has arms and I fit in it without it hurting my thighs and I rode my stationary twice for 5 minutes and I walked the garbage out to the dumbster at the end of our drive so I am feeling pretty good today.

That would be me as well. 5 min on eliptical at home and my legs hurt so bad I could barely get off the darn thing! Keep on doing it and the time will gradually increase ( and this is my advise to myself as well, lol ) Be proud and strong!!! :)
