I was 286 2 days before Christmas.
I have been eating around 1300 calories a day since then. I made it through the entire holidays without "cheating", including up till now. I don't even feel like cheating.
I am realizing cravings weren't cravings so much as "opportunities" to eat due to anxiety.
I'm not nearly as hungry as I was.
I can't really finish full meals anymore.
I don't feel like eating much. I'm finally in the 250's again. Really happy about that.
I'm brimming with confidence, not just due to weight loss but a ton of other things too which have helped the loss.
Feeling better than I ever have about myself.
Counting calories has really helped to judge what I am about to eat.
It's much easier now to spot whats a good idea to eat and whats not. The key is going somewhere with many high calorie delicious foods and not feeling bad or regretful about choosing the healthier servings, which often taste just as good.
If you can ever find this dish try it...Pollo al Francese. Chicken, Egg Yolk and Lemon...sounds terrible, tastes amazing. Diet friendly, pure proteins.
