32.1% body fat. Got a little exercise shoveling snow yesterday. Also took the dog out for less than a mile walk. It's supposed to be very cold today, I'll need to heat some water for the chickens. Very happy with the weight loss. I've read and heard in YouTube vids that you shouldn't stay in a caloric deficit for more than 4-6 weeks. Every 4-6 weeks you need to come up to maintenance calories I think I got it right this Tet weekend. Hopefully I can keep dropping fat for the next month.
