Morning! WI results for the week - 4lbs off. Very very pleased with this. especially since I wasnt exactly perfect on my plan this week. *ahem* This week, I am aiming to stick to plan 100%.
228.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.0 lb a week
