I feel like I've been whining a lot lately. I need to get out of this funk. Some of it is the weather I'm sure, I do so much better in the spring and summer because I'm more motivated to get up and go. Oh well, it's going to be a while before spring, so I'd better figure something else out for now.
If I can get myself back into a workout routine I know I'll feel good. I always feel better after getting consistent workouts in. Also, I'm trying to eat better, so that will help too. It's much more motivating when I'm doing the right things and seeing results, so I need to get my butt in gear.

I find its easier to eat healthier when Im working out regularly, crazy right? Spring is right around the corner, might as well plow through the rest of winter and start spring off strong. Youre a busy woman, but I know that you will make it work. How is your side, did you see the doc?

Thanks Yo! I haven't seen the doc yet, I hate going so it's hard for me to make the appointment, I keep telling myself it will get better. This afternoon as I was hunched over in pain I was telling myself I'm going to call, then the pain kind of passed and I never called. Tomorrow I don't have anything going on for work, so I'll call in the morning on my way to work.

Better to be safe than sorry. I always procrastinate on propper medical care too lol its just so damn expensive. Do you still have your appendix or gallbladder? Either could be causing the abdominal pain. Hope its nothing serious though. Feel better soon!!
