Yay!


Okay, maybe I can let myself eat a little more than 1200 calories a day. For someone my size 5lbs in a week is a little extreme. I'm not complaining but I'm not sure I have been giving myself proper nutrition. I think I am going to amp it up to 1400 for this week and see what kind of results I get.
129.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 9.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Wow, great loss! Many times the first week we lose the water weight we have been retaining. But the more you can eat and lose, the easier maintaining your weight when you get to goal will be. Good luck!
