Had a really great day, stayed on track and only 8 more days until I leave for Las Vegas> I hope to have lost 10 lbs by then. I have my most of meals planned out - breakfast is easy Omlette's, Lunch Salads and Dinner "Steak & Seafood - I have no prob going with the Carb loaded sides - and everywhere you go the have shrimp cocktail for snacks. So Vegas is the 1 place I know that I can stay on track food wise - I will just have to watch the alcohol - because I will drink! Vodka/soda with lemon - but hopefully not tooo much!
