50 jumping jacks (out of breath-breathe properly)20 crunches (regained oxygen)5 push ups(w/aid of bathroom vanity because I cant even do *1* the proper way)20 mountain(whew)climbers (spa..ra..tic..stop ..go.. 2..more.. cant..do..stop)30 second plank(forget it!I'm wore OUT,hot & sweaty.That's probably near 20 min's anyway.Stop the clock)WOW .....only 5 min's of exercise!!! Felt like 20....
I'll do weights later...it's easier.(heavy sigh)

Oh, I know the feeling, I thought I did so well yesterday with my workout, turned around and it had lasted for about as long as a commercial break -- haha -- needless to say I had to do it a few more times.

NRMCLEAN...you are doing a great job managing things,it sounds like.(1) You have set goals that are realistic for you &(2) are achieving them. (3) You aren't adding more to your schedule until you are in control of what you have currently set up for yourself.(4) You have reviewed your actions toward meeting your goals &(5) have given yourself due credit for what you have done, (6)keeping a positive eye to the future.(7)Tracking what you eat on *paper*(me too ;>) so(8) you can enter it on-line later,(9)taking note of what the calculations are....I presume so you can (10) make adjustments where needed. I,for 1,am *proud* of you & what you are doing :D because YOU are DOING "what it takes"! :D Keep your focus on DOING the *efforts* & the results *automatically* follow! It will seem as tho' you didn't even try....altho' we know you *did* "what it takes"!
