i didnt sleep well last night. woke up a few times for bathroom and for no reason at all. I don't feel rested. The lack of sleep may account for the 1 lb gain i had this morning. Still keeping my focus since i know the weight will go. going to get dressed and do my exercise now. have a great day!

I never sleep through the night these days. The only good thing is that I don't get up and find something to eat, thinking it will help me sleep. Keep trying. :)

Thanks for the support Lynn. I am determined not to give up ... I may falter, but I will never give up. Mom: Thanks for the reminder about the silver lining ... at least I didn't get up and eat. I am exercising in the morning now and trying to read more at nights (less screen time) to see if changing things around will help me with sleep. I will keep trying.

Good for you. I read at night as well and it helps. It's after I awaken at 2 or 3am that is the problem. I have a hard time falling back to sleep. With me it's the age, I think.
