I do this every day now...get up looking for reasons not to get my 3 mile walk in. Reasons to walk: I have a beautiful, safe place to walk and the day is going to be cool and clear. I feel so much better after I exercise and it only takes 1 hour. One hour for all the benefits...Reasons not to walk: None. Thanks Hoffner for the pep talk..now get out there and do what is needed! Sometimes a pep talk is good no matter who it comes from.

It sure is, but if you need another let me know. I feel that way often too but have the same chat with self then get moving though I'm indoors now doing DVD's. To much snow and roads to skinny to even attempt it outside. What ever works we do, we all need to move and shake some to keep out bodies in tip top shape.

Yep! Pep talks do wonders...even if they come from within. I agree about the difficulty getting started, but once you overcome the resistance it sure feels great to get up and get moving! Three cheers for healthy benefits!!!
