Hi to Drinkwaterx4 as he counts down to his run on Saturday! Baby it's cold outside! -12 C where I am, but with the wind chill it feels like -20 C. In terms of Fahrenheit, we are talking -4 F. Brrrrr! Very cold drive this morning.
I am noticing an emerging pattern in my eating these days ... I am eating most of my calories at breakfast and most times the smallest portions at the end of the day. That's OK with me because it gives my body a chance to work it off during the day!
So I conquered my first "sweet" craving crisis since I started low carb. I did not give in. Proud of over-coming this first challenge. I am sitting at 214 lbs again this morning and I am totally OK with that. It took years for me to bulk up to 230 lbs so I expect it to take a decent amount of time to lose 75 lbs. This is not a race afterall, this is my life. Have a great low carb day everyone! ROAR :)
