it's all good. completed 30 minutes in the exercise room and when I weighed myself I'm right back to where I started. so no fretting just keep doing because I can feel my clothes fitting better and have more stamina in my day and night. I do feel snacky in the evenings and that's where I need to curb my habits. so, I feel really good with the calories that I'm eating and it pushes me to continue to stretch and reach and breathe. all takes time!
