Hi! I did well for Thanksgiving. Enjoyed foods I normally don't: potato filling, corn, pumpkin roll. Surprisingly, I was able to omit the gravy! Still trying to make exercise habit, but I know I can do this! 20 pounds to goal. Have a Fabulous Day! :) Deb
