Up 1 lb today, for whatever reason. Feeling focused and great. Still on plan with food so no worries about this gain. I am off to Switzerland today and interesting low carb food adventure. I am actually looking forward to the challenge ... will my indulgences be off plan? hehehe - well, I will keep logging my food so we will see. Have a great day all!

Thanks Knslovinggod, I will. I am looking forward to my interesting adventure with low carb in Switzerland. I've been there many times but never on a low carb diet. I am in the Air Canada Lounge at the airport and already, it's interesting - low carb choices are very miminal but I won't let myself starve. I will eat reasonably. Hehehehehe ... love the challenge!
