GOOOOOOOOOD MORNIN EVERYONE !!!!...wakin up to 43 outside with a wind chill of 37...and gonna be going for a morning walk around 5am...rained a good part of the nite, but that seems to be over now...yesterday was a busy day, with my morning workouts, the store, walmart, an i did a dvd workout yesterday afternoon...only did 12 min of it, but gotta start somewhere...and although there are some exercises i cant do on it, ive already decided to work others into ther place to keep myslf moving..no rest thru the dvd..you go from one move to the next...i was sweating just for the 12 min i did yesterday..so for what i did i would suggest it as being a great dvd workout, yes she talks, but shes showing you the right way of doing the exercise and not the wrong way...not sure what im gonna do today...lest its not icy like yesterday...well need to get up an moving...didnt want to get outta bed today wanted to roll over an get another wink or 2...lol...hope everyone has a merry christmas....be careful for all of you traveling...catch you all later....

just got home from a morning walk...was mistin on me when i first started, but went ahead an walked it..by the time i was 10 minutes from the house naturally it started rainin harder...so first layer was kinda wet...but lest that part is over..gonna take off from the gym i think..im still tired from yesterday...and will do the dvd workout about 3 today ..like i did yesterday ..try to start doing in at the same time everyday to create a habit of it...

i didnt buy one i went to the library and got the 30 day shred by jillian michaels...if you go bck like one or 2 journal entrys it tells all about it...

How do you like jillian michaels? I've been looking at the P90X. The television ads are pretty compelling. They want you to commit to one hour per day of exercise in your house. I found some used copies on ebay and Craigslist for substantially less, but I'm still not sure I want to buy them.

the dvd i have right now is set up with 3 levels each one being 20-30 min long...all exercises you did when you was a kid..and the workout is easy, even though i just started yesterday ...my first attempt was 12 min outta the beginner level..and i had a good sweat going..ive looked at the p90x as well, but you see so many ads on tv showin how easy it is..and alot of em are just down right scams..not sayin p90x is a scam, but what ive learned is if it sounds to good to be true...save your money an find something that works better...

well it is 25* here and we are having/ been having an ice storm all throughout the nite, can't even get out to get to work, today would of been a FUN day! oh well, tis the season!

just be careful if you have to go outside ...the ground comes up faster then you expect if you loose your footing...

Is the video you refer to the one where the guy says "muscle confusion"? Those look like pretty hard core moves. If it is the series I think you are talking about - a guy -- or gal would have to already be in top notch shape to do some of those moves. Good luck with the program. I look forward to witnessing your success!

the dvd i have is by jillian michaels, ive not seen any guy on it..they are simple moves that you probly did when you was younger...

Hey, twin - those temps you describe sound warm and toasty compared to previous days! We have a high of 49 today, with showers. Glad you are enjoying Jillian even though she's making you sweat. Um, that didn't sound quite right did it. ;) Have a wonderful rest of the day!
