Rainy Monday! Feeling great though ... I lost 2 lbs which is good - I actually felt lighter and more energetic today. Hubby said he noticed the difference in energy and ahem ... size! It will be interesting to see if I actually lose 30 by 2014 (one of my challenges). I leave for my business trip in two weeks. I've been putting my eating plan together for my two weeks in Switzerland. I think it will be relatively easy to stay on plan for the most part. I will have to buy a few things to have on hand for myself from the grocery store near the hotel eg: full fat cream, mineral water, coffee substitute, macadamia nuts and cheese. The hotel has a nice selection of veggies on the menu (I've stayed there many, many times). Loads of restaurants around. I think I may have to forego the traditional swiss cheese fondu this time and limit my stops at the confiserie/tea room to once while I am there .... it's hard to resist their delicious treats but I will restrain myself. I will get the opportunity to do a lot of walking ... for this I am glad!
