KNOWLEDGE IS POWER: Measurements better gauge progress since muscle is heavier than fat. Weight may not change even though our body is tighter & smaller. Recommendation is to take measurements every 2-4 weeks.

Size 20-16,Waist 42-41,Chest 44-46,Arms 12,Thighs 23-22 1/2,Hips 46,Neck 14-15,Weight 192.2-183.2,BMI 35.2-33.5

Thanks for sharing that knowledge!! I take my measurements once a month to keep track of my loss. It really does help seeing the numbers on the tape decreasing over time!!! I'm 2.3 points from sliding into a new BMI category. Keep up the great work and keep that knowledge coming!!!
