steady between 158 and 159. maintenance is easier than I thought. just have to keep tracking everything and weighing myself everyday. dont want anything sneaking up on me. you can tweak 1lb. but if you lose a grip it could mean having to get rid of 5pounds. 🙄😖
159.0 lb Lost so far: 56.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I agree 100%. I’m not at maintenance yet, but I’ve experienced fluctuations. It’s much easier to bounce back from 1 or 2 pounds vs 5 or 6. And yes, weighing in and logging food is super helpful!😊

It's a new way of life guys. Obesity is a disease like diabetes. It can kill you. Diabetics measure their glucose everyday and watch what they eat constantly. Well we need to do that too. Keep our weight down by logging and weighing. It's for our health.
