I have another week of 18 & 22-hour workdays. It's okay. I'll survive. I have survived thus far.
My weight has kind of stalled. I know why. I haven't been portion controlling as tightly. My exhaustion level has dictated a lot of carbs (whole and unprocessed) and sugar (fruit) and the hormonal changes from the lack of sleep make it appear that I'm not losing.
But I am.
The scale is a liar. I've dropped another size. I've dropped another 2 inches total.
I'm still losing even if those losses aren't translating to a visible number loss.

I hope everyone else is doing well.

Ugh, those are some brutally long days. Hopefully it goes by quickly and then you can slow down a little 😁

Ryan - "Do what you love and you'll never work a day in your life!" Except now I work almost *every* day and there's nobody to regulate the hours that I work. You are the kindest. Thank you. I'm looking forward to a week down when this is over.
