My 1st mth I lost 5lbs w/o even trying! Just ridding my cabinets & pantry of foods I've decided aren't really helping me to be who I want to be (healthy & fit) or aiding me to look the way I want to look (HOT HOT HOT) My lifestyle commitment of proper eating & enjoyable activity daily (officially) begins Sept.22 w/several goals to accomplish along the way.. I AM READY!

I turned 50 last October but have just now decided that its time for me to be healthy, happy, and enjoy life!!! First 2 days were hard and experiencing dizziness and headache today. Guess my body is detoxing something. Any ideas on what good snacks to keep around? It seem my dry roast peanuts are not so good. Any ideas are welcomed!

I don't know if you have any dietary restrictions or not but I enjoy cold black grapes & bits of sharp cheddar cheese at room tempature(really brings out the flavors)eaten together!
