I finally lost enough to show my before and after pictures. I reached my desired weight and I am now on maintenance. Eating healthier than ever and exercising in some form every day. Either walking 4 miles or if it is raining, staying in and exercising to you tube videos. I never thought I would make it. It was so hard. I have a very sluggish thyroid, but with lots of determination, hard work and the strength of God I was able to do it. Total lost 50 pounds!

Thank you xlin. I went from ugly eating to healthy eating. No animals, no gluten, no sugar. Just good amount of fruit and vegetables. Counting calories everyday. That's one thing I never did. Now I count everything I eat. It's a new way of living. I do eat yummy things like Greek food, Mexican, asian etc. I just count everything and no animals. I feel so much better. So much energy. 💞💞 So happy for you,bi know the feeling.
