did i really say that i was grateful for the rain yesterday???? think my brain must have gotten soggy and gone soft! the torential rain this morning meant that our walk was only 19.76 mins long and we only covered 1.86 km (can you tell i'm still loving the app!!)
i will have to try to get some extra calories burned this afternoon..maybe the housework before the white glove test of my mother will help :lol:
Work put out the new fitness schedule this morning we now have the choice of Yoga, Pilates, Zumba and something called massala bhanga? might take some freebie seesions to see which one i like they all look like fun and as i am only too aware unless its fun i wont stick to it :) i mean who actually enjoys or looks forward to doing exercise???
