Does fear of the scale ever end???? I've been using my Runkeeper program for fat loss therefore I'm running three days a week and the days that I don't run I do yoga or water aerobics. I haven't gone crazy or overboard with my eating although I haven't been recording my calories as much as I used. My point is that I'm still afraid of the scale. My old trainer from the gym commented that I look as though I shed a few more pounds, but I haven't been on the scale in about two weeks. I'm still scared!!! What if all the hard work I feel I've been doing doesn't show up on the scale??

I'm being ridiculous and I know it, but I ams still a slave to my old nemesis right now. Tomorrow I will attempt to muster up the hutzpah to get on that darn thing and accept whatever it says...to be continued.

does it really matter what the scale say? Its a number after all. How do you feel? Toned, fit, energetic? Or fat, flabby, like a couch potatoe? Sounds to me like the former :). Instead of shedding pounds you have shrunk & trimmed up!!!! Much more important than a number!!!
