So it has been about 17 days since the Biggest Loser at my gym ended. I lost a total of 9 lbs and now I know why those contestants are always leary of going home. Although I was home, I don't have the trainer to tell me what I'm doing wrong or working out with her once a week. I have to figure out my own way to lose this weight. If feels as though I've already been there done that. In November when I changed the way that I eat I lost weight and I was stuck just long enough to start the Biggest Loser and start losing again. The next one isn't until September...da, da, duuuum.

So when I got on the scale yesterday I haven't gained or lost a lb, I'm still at 173. Did my happy dance because I had some moments within the last 17 days where I went a little crazy with eating. Last week I decided to do a cleanse of just eating fruits and veggies, my own cleanse with some borrowed ideas. I thought I would do that for a week, but I've kinda carried on to this week. I've decided that I'll do the veggie thing and just have fish this week for dinner. Maybe next week I'll reincorporate meat, who knows. I hurt my back at the end of June so I was limited to the pool and I started yoga on July 1st. On Sunday I got back on the saddle and went for the weekly Sunday run in the park. My back held up well and I was happy to burn 880 calories. I miss seeing a good calorie burn on my monitor. So, I have a small eating plan and I think I'm going to continue to try and burn my 500 calories a day which is what the trainer recommended. Some water aerobics today and some walking ought to do it. 15 more lbs to lose so I'm going to do my best and I'll definitely be joining the Biggest Loser again in the fall.
