Working out at home is starting to suck! We did get an appointment for Monday at the gym though.
Today’s workout was 150 push ups, 50 modified pushups (in 11m 45s), 100 crunches, 100 skull crushers, 100 leg lifts, 50 flies, only 10 deadlifts as the thighs were screaming and finished off with another 100 regular pushups. I like nice even numbers if you can’t tell!
Now time to plant the tomato plants and get started on dinner. I’d really rather just go take a nap though lol. But kids gotta eat!
