I guess it is a good thing I can laugh at myself. Over a month ago I wrote a journal that said I was going to get back on my diet with "a vengeance!!" HA! Vengeance, really? (I ate Dominos that night...) Might as well try again... with a (more realistic, not quite so intense) vengeance!

Diet Calendar Entry for 24 June 2013:
