Good morning everyone. I am happy with my determination to lose weight and the blessing from God to succeed. My corona diet is working. Staying at home and doing your own cooking allows you to portion and quality control your food. I am also excercising to YouTube videos to stay active and burn calories. I also have cleaned my house to the satisfaction of the CDC. So staying active burns calories and keeps me out if trouble 😆. I pray you are all also staying safe until we beat this darn thing. 186.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
