I'm already doing poorly today. I made pancakes and ate too many. I'm going to try to redeem myself at lunch, but we'll see how that goes. It's rainy outside, so there will be no yard work today, but I have plenty of housework to do. Also, I'll be going to my Mom's this evening for dinner, so that will be some lounge time I'm sure. Oh well, I'm going to go do my workout after I'm done journaling, so hopefully that will help me out today. I'm going to try not to snack today before dinner, which could be hard because of being stuck inside, but I know if I keep myself busy I'll be fine.
