woo hoo, hit 2 pounds in 1 week. just 2 more to get out of the 90's and into the 80's.
192.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Am so happy for you. Saw you wrote on Clairsheart "God is good. depression comes to me out of nowhere. I even think about it when I'm going through because it could be in my happiest day and then all of a sudden, boom it knocks me out. but we continue and pray to see tomorrow." Would you please pray for me?

Oh I most definitely will. It's a constant fight,but does come out of nowhere. It always states with anxiety for me. I can actually feel it coming. I feel my heart beating faster and my stomach gets in knots and then comes the sinking feeling. I will pray for you.
