Just got back from a training session at the gym. Oi vey!!!
It's been a month since I had an actual training and I have been working out on my own regularly. I thought I was doing fine, getting fitter. Well after 15 mins with the trainer I felt like vomiting!! So I am recommitting to 1 training a week to keep me on my toes (= kick my ass).
I am recording my measurements here so I have a reference for my continued progress.
Original Measurements (Sept 07) Weight= 164lbs Now = 147 Body Fat = 32.8% (1/3 of me was fffattt!!!!) Well, I guess vomiting once a week will help you lose weight :/ Just kidding. Great idea to get back into the training! Love the last part of the last sentence: "so I have a reference for my continued progress"! Because you KNOW there will be continued progress! Yes!

I wish I had taken measurements when i started. I tookmy measurements today and my waist is 34 and 1/2 inches and my hubby wears a 34 waist pants so that means im bigger than him!! I wonder what my waist was when I started!! You are doing wonderful and those workouts are bound to pay off big for you

Once again your attention to detail knocks on my concious. I always weigh and I have measured my waist (you know Dr. Oz says it's linked to your heart) but I do not want to know the rest! Thanks to you today I'll measure. Thanks Densible!

Thanks babes! The hip to waist ratio is important for cardiac health. Check it out online. I forget the limits. I know I am still in danger zone....
My husband sometimes wears my jeans-not really a topic for this site (lol) BUT the fact that they fit worries more than the fact that he wears them!!!!
Anyhoo-measuring has really help me gain perspective when the scale is holding put on me!

I know how you feel, just started going back regularly and I have been sore every weekend. I think you'll find those measurements helpful.
