So I logged my food because I was feeling hungry all the time. Figured out it’s because I’m starving myself, lol. Apparently, I need to eat a lot more, but I don’t know how? I can’t get things to taste right together and I try to eat what seems to be the appropriate amount but it’s just not enough. This is very frustrating.

Maybe if you follow some of recipes here. They have great tasting ones.

try drinking a glass of water right before you eat

Try looking up meal recipes so you can get an idea of what seasonings to use and what goes together. I measure my food so I make sure how much is on my plate. You might try that so you do have enough. I hope this helps
