Beachken's Journal, 25 January 2020

I think I've finally figured out how to eat less than 50 carbs a day and still enjoy myself, after three months of fumbling. I'll see how it works tomorrow at my grand daughter's birthday party.

Good job. I found that it was a learning process. And also with time I have come to really like foods that are naturally sweet but maybe not that carby like some veggies and berries. I also use some sweetener here and there. I thoroughly enjoy my food though

That's an impressive goal, < 50gm carbs p/day. They do add up fast.
