Got up early today and worked out. I'm going to try for the 4x/wk workout. I'm going to try to not each much for the first wk to kind of cleanse my system and then do a low carb type of diet. I'm going to have to really remember to take my calcium b/c I become pretty irritable on low carb (protein (and caffine) inhibit calcium absorption somehow and low calcium makes us very irritable). I hope by the end of this 2 months I'll have lost most of the weight, I'm tired of this excess weight!
